Our skin is the largest organ. You can see everything about her, how much we care about her and our health, whether we are tidy or not, everything is visible. Also, our body always goes with us and is with us. That’s why we need to take care of it and nurture it. Being healthy doesn’t just mean eating healthy food. It is a set of multiple activities. How we live, what we do, what we eat, what we do, whether we are happy or not, and many other things. Many times we could see that raw food helped people in some life situations. When we process it, we kill its vitamins and minerals. So the less we process it, the better it is for us as our organism.
