Brendan James Fraser, born December 3, 1968, is an American-Canadian actor. He played leading roles in numerous comedies and fantasy films. He is best known for one of his early roles, such as in “George of the Jungle” (1997) and “Rick O’Connell” in “The Mummy” trilogy (1999–2008).
1. Fraser was a Hollywood icon in the 1990s, and he conquered the audience with his specific charm, authentic appearance, and perfect abs. The role of “George” launched this Hollywood actor to stardom back in 1997, but after a decade of success, he still decided to slow down his pace of work, and until recently he did not appear in public at all.
2. Fraser admitted that the influential journalist Philip Burke, then president of the HFPA – “Hollywood Foreign Press Association”, touched his buttocks and abused him, and despite not prosecuting him, he reported everything to the association. However, his allegations were completely ignored, after which he fought a battle with depression for years.
